		<description>In my collegiate experience, I enrolled in a class called &quot;Francophone Lies and the Lying Liars that Parlez&quot;.  We learned to decipher distinct speech markers within regional accents in North America.  The thief is most certainly of the Northern U.S. or Canadian, definitely not French-Canadian though.  I would suspect that by the harsh taunting in his message, that he most certainly grew up as a middle child, learned behavior from an older brother no doubt.</description>
