In my collegiate experience, I enrolled in a class called “Francophone Lies and the Lying Liars that Parlez”. We learned to decipher distinct speech markers within regional accents in North America. The thief is most certainly of the Northern U.S. or Canadian, definitely not French-Canadian though. I would suspect that by the harsh taunting in his message, that he most certainly grew up as a middle child, learned behavior from an older brother no doubt.
