The Daily Femme is a new site that features interviews with young, professional women. It was created as a positive alternative to the likes of HotorNot.com. As founder Cherie Hannouche puts it: “While welcoming all interested readers, it seeks to build a community where women can learn from each other.”

We’ve been busy working on our many projects like To Timbuktu and Al Beb, but we’ve also been traveling (down to Marrakech and up to Madrid) and eating a lot of couscous at our neighbors’. We just added more of those pictures to our Google map. Check it out!
This week our cartoon of the week is our entry for NoBrow’s: People I’ve Never Met & Conversations I’ve Never Hadcompetition. We loved this idea and couldn’t help ourselves and actually made about eight separate conversations until settling on this one. We’ll put the rest up soon!

So Shitty Kitty went to Mexico for Dia de los Muertos without telling us. Apparently she’s got some friends named Sarah and Arthur who’ve got a multimedia project going on called Adapting to Scarcity. It’s all about “examining community water management in the face of scarcity”. We’d been under the impression that Shitty Kitty was usually more concerned about the diminishing supply of beer than water but hey. She’s full of surprises and we like this one a lot.
